All estimates/quotes are based on my understanding of your requirements and as per given time-frame. Any complexity related to specific tasks must be advised in advance and included in the proposal for costing purposes. I rely on my clients to disclose the full picture at the time of quotation. I will not be able to bear any discrepancy arising due to unclear requirements. Any changes to the functionality including micro-improvements may incur additional costs accordingly.
A 50% deposit of the total fee is due immediately upon you instructe to proceed with the work. I reserve the right not to commence any work until the deposit has been paid in full. All prices are in U.S Dollars . This deposit is not refundable though, I will work sincerely & dedicatedly to satisfy you 🙂
Customer must supply all materials and information required to complete the work in accordance with an agreed specification. Such materials may include, but are not limited to, photographs, written copy, logos, fonts, plugins, addons, hosting, domain etc. Where there is any delay in supplying these materials which leads to a delay in the completion of work, I reserve the sole right to extend previously agreed deadlines by a reasonable amount. Where you fail to supply materials, and that prevents the progress of the work, I have the right to stop work and invoice you for any balance on the contract.
As soon as all tasks are completed , a customer receives an email notification. This notification should be confirmed within the next 72 hours. It allows a customer to get 2 free revisions: after the confirmation, it is necessary to revise the work done within 24 hours. In case anything should be corrected, please write me back and send all corrections in a bunch.
All further revisions will be extra charged
Please consider that revision refers to initially set tasks , it does not imply adding any new tasks.
When the work and free revisions are done, we will send you an invoice via email. The invoice includes payment details, as well. Payment should be done within the next 7 daysweekends are not taken into account. Extra revisions should be paid separately.
Payment is accepted via Payoneer and can be processed via your Payoneer account or a Credit Card. Target account details will be provided with the invoice.
Payment also accepts via Paypal, with additional 4% of total cost towards fees.
Customer’s website access credentials will be kept private and can be used only for accomplishing ordered services. Though, I suggest you to follow general Internet safety rules: when the whole job is done, please change all provided passwords Or better create a New account for developers and delete it afterwards.
